| Since most of our projects are research based our recruitment process is very strenuous and evaluates the personality of the engineer to a greater extent. For recruitment in certain core research groups within the company, a background evaluation of the candidate would be necessary. We do not prefer engineers who switch their work place very often. A successful candidate for our team should have passion for research and development in the field of science and technology, and must posses a never-ending thirst for knowledge. We provide mentor programs for new recruits, to help them acclimate with our systems and work culture. We provide in-house training for employees to enable them to learn new technologies and apply them to our existing and future products. We send our team members to attend engineering conferences and encourage them to present papers on their research interests. Trinity maintains a close working relationship with the engineers in the Silicon Valley where new technology is created every day. Training programs are conducted on new technologies and tools through out the year. |
High–speed Internet connections are part of Trinity's infrastructure, which enables the employees to keep in touch with the International engineering community. We have a VOIP telephone network that enables communication with the rest of the world easier.
