1. What MFI models does the software Support?

2. Does MiFI provide a Web Interface?
Yes.
3. Should all the branches be connected to the INTERNET all the time?
No. MiFi software does provide a offline data backup option to transfer data to the Head Office Database Server. If the Internet is accessible at the branch, MiFI software would connect to the Head Office Database Server for a "short" period of time and perform a batch update of the recent entries. This reduces the Internet usage for the customer.
4. Would MiFI software function effectively under minimal infrastructure conditions?
Yes. We understand, an MFI customer would have branches and operations in a areas where the access to basic infrastructure might be difficult to get. MiFI software is designed to work under very unforgiving conditions.
5. Is Annual MiFI Software Support Available?
Yes. We strongly believe that our commitment to the client does not end once the project is signed off. In order to make our software effectively usable by the customer, we do offer a Annual Software Support Contract to ensure that the software adapts to the changing business needs.
6. What is the Minimum Hardware Requirements for a Head Office Installation?

The Head Office Installation would include one Server Class System with the following Configuration:
1. Pentium Dual Core - Dual Processor System
4GB RAM, 200GB RAID HDD, Windows XP (Linux Also Supported).
10/100 Ethernet.

The other computer systems installed at the Head Office can be of the following configurations:
1. Pentium 4 (or) Celeron D (or) AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor System
512 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD, Windows XP (Linux Also Supported).
10/100 Ethernet.

7. What is the Minimum Hardware Requirement for a Branch Office Installation?

The Branch Office Installation would include One System that runs the Branch Database and other systems can be of minimal configuration as mentioned above. The Branch Database Server should have atleast the following configuration:

1. Pentium Core Duo 2.2 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 120GB HDD, 10/100 Ethernet.

8. What is the lead time in customizing and deploying the software at the CUstomer's facility?
Depending upon the schedule of the MiFI Product Customization Team, the time to deployment would vary. However, the actual time taken during the customization process could vary between 1 month - 3 months depending upon the level of customization required.
9. Do you provide 24x7 Customer Support.
Yes. We do provide 24x7 Level 1 customer support, Should the issue get escalated to the level 2+ support, we would contact you the following working day during the normal business hours ( Mon - Fri 9AM - 6PM; Sat 9AM - 3PM).
10. Do you provide Disaster Recovery Service.
Yes. We do provide Database Backup and Restore Service to our clients who sign up for the Disaster Recovery Plan. Depening upon the plan selected by the client, we provide daily backups, weekly backups, monthly backups. All the backups are securely stored at our co-location facilities around the world. Should the client experience a need to access the database backup, we would provide the backup version of the database.
11. Do you Provide Standby Database Server?
Yes. We do provide a Standby Database Server facility for our clients. The clients can use the standby database server as a backup database server when their primary database server is undergoing maintenance (or) has become unoperational.
